Let’s finally address how there is Nothing but absolute NONSENSE about Cholesterol.

Unless you have a familial, genetic disease (very rare) – the majority of humans currently living on this planet should be able to get below levels of 200 all through nutrition, exercise and proper thyroid function.

Yes, you heard that right.

If your Doctor is jumping to put you on *Statins*, I would recommend you pull your pants up, grab your articles and start HEADING OUT THE DOOR.

These *statin* drugs block HMG-CoA reductase, an enzyme that makes cholesterol.

What makes 100X more sense is LOWERING YOUR INSULIN LEVELS.

Insulin is the PRIMARY cause for HMG-CoA to raise…hmm #1.

Maybe limiting sugar and considering insulin resistance compounds like Metformin would affect Cholesterol more than *statins*, you know because that passes the common sense test.

HINT: The data actually backs up that it IS more effective, for lowering cholesterol.

And to top it off Thyroid Hormones reduce HMG-CoA…hmm #2.

So, this would also explain why low thyroid should be the first thing to tackle if there’s High Cholesterol.

None of this is very high brow level thinking and should be very easily grasped.

So why isn’t the MAINSTREAM MEDICAL INDUSTRY telling you this?

Make sure you’re not getting punked by Big Pharma and your Doctor.

And make sure you’re not going on *statins* that are documented to cause more harm than good.

Because I won’t be there to hold your hand when you’re being convinced to take *High Cholesterol* Drugs that actually cause Diabetes and Liver damage.

If you’ve ever been told you have *High Cholesterol* or that you *Need Statins*, you should definitely click the button below to talk to a CHEKD Health Expert.
Because no one should like getting punk’d.
